Do I need to install any software or leave my PC running?

No - unlike the competition, with you don't need to install any program on your PC. Moreover, you don't even need to keep your computer running or be next to it. This service runs from our online servers 24/7.

What do I need to do before purchasing

All you need to do is book a driving test on the DSA website. Then we can get working on moving that test earlier


Can I change my test multiple times?

Yes- you can use the software as many times as you like. However, bear in mind the DSA only let you make up to three changes to your test date

If I fail my test do I have to pay again

No- absolutely not. We realise that having to book another test is an expensive business, and we won't add to that. You can use the software as many times and for as long as you want.

What's the difference between the trial and full versions?

With the free trial we'll only check for dates for you every half hour. You won't be able to book any dates that are found- for this you need the full version.


Do I have to take the first test I'm offered, or can I wait for another one?

You are under no obligation to accept any tests we offer. Just ignore the text and email and we'll carry on looking for a more suitable date

If I take a test will you continue searching for an earlier date?

Yes- you can carry on using the software as long as you like.

How do I book a test?

There are three ways of booking. Either reply to the text message you receive with the word 'yes'. Or click on the link in the email you are sent. Or log onto the website and click the book button.
